Effective treatments seem to involve medicating only when the person is distressed about their condition, especially because I’ve known multiple people who were over medicated young and as a result got turned off and never achieved their full potential.

One comment as a dad of two young adult sons is that it goes beyond the problem of literally being an incel, i.e. celibate. My older son has found great success on the apps getting dates and literally being not celibate but I’ve heard him complain about the problem of finding quality women that are worth actually dating. Maybe an obvious point, but the relationship market for young people seems broadly broken.
It will probably never be ok for women to vote and be publicly involved in politics. Can the problem even be solved once a civilization declines so far or is the only hope for the next civilization?
