Just to clarify before I'm excoriated again for the next week and a half, lol: I don't really think Millennial women are the ones who would be most appropriate to be mentoring these young Zoomer dudes in my imaginary mentor/mentee world (unless those dudes actually wanted that), although after a few days of relentless pushback, I can see why people may have thought that's what I was proposing. I thought it would be better to have similarly-minded younger women around the same age doing it.
